January 2025 Updates on reporting

NJ CEUs earned through midnight on 12/31/24 have been uploaded to the state system.  Reports will be uploaded on the first business day of each month.

Click on 2021 if you do not see all of your course completions on your NJ transcript.  The system groups records by the year the approval number was assigned not when you completed.  As long as the course completion date falls within your recertification period the credits will count.

CAPCE receives course completions in real-time.  These can be imported to the NREMT system via your transcription page. If you only have a state license and NREMT manages your recertification, you will need to call CAPCE to have your courses imported.

Below is a video on the new NREMT recertification process. If you go to 1:20 it gives an overview of the new CAPCE to NREMT import.
