Why can’t I view the exam?
Try the following tips:

• Try holding down the CTRL key (Command on a MAC) to temporarily override the popup settings and then click the exam link.
• Check to see if the exam is open behind the lecture window or in a new tab.

I closed the window before I printed my certificate. Is there any way to get the certificate again?
Log into your account, click on "My Profile" and then "CEU Manager" in the gray bar. If the courses were taken during a past recertification date, click the  red link to view prior certificates.

I just recertified but now I can't find any of my courses under My Profile.
Certificates for exams are archived after the recertification date  you enter in your profile is reached.  To view these certificates go to CEU Manager and click on "View prior certificates" link to the right of the label "MedicEd passed exams".

I already have an account but it’s expired, how do I renew?
Log in, click on "My Profile" and then the link to "Upgrade /Renew Account". You may also mail a check or money order to renew.  Please include a note with your user account and current email so we may notify you when your account has been updated.  Our address is:  PO Box 588 East Longmeadow, MA 01028

Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes. Please see above for existing users.  If you are a new user, create an account using the “pay as you go” option and we will activate your account as soon as we receive payment.
