I have an existing account but it is expired. How do I renew without signing up again?
Log into your old account. Click on "My Profile" and then the link at the top of the page labeled Upgrade/Renew Membership. You will have options to either renew by timeframe or to purchase blocks of credits.

Can I pay by check or money order? Yes! Make checks payable to mediced.com and mail to: Mediced.com, PO Box 588, East Longmeadow, MA 01028. Please include your user name if you have already signed on, along with your name, and provider number (EMT number) with the check.

Do I have to pay for more credits if I don't pass the test the first time? No. You do not have to pay for additional credits if a test is not passed the first time. Your exam is saved under "My Profile" under the "CEU Manager" tab. The exam will be listed under exams in progress. (You are unable access the test again by going through that lecture.)

How do I keep track of my CEUs? We do it for you! Just click on the "My Profile" page, and review your lectures. Your profile includes the tests you have completed, as well as the ones you still need to pass. We will also automatically archive lectures that you have previously taken with MedicEd.com once your recert date has been reached. These lectures are always available to you by clicking on Archive under CEU Manager.

I am a NJ EMT Basic. How can I tell if the courses I took are NJ Approved ? NJ Approved lectures are listed on a specific section of our site. All course names are titled NJ - course title. If you are unsure that you took approved courses, check your certificates for a NJ course approval number. You may also log into your account, click on "My Profile" and then "CEU Manager". The courses should all be titled NJ-Lecture.

I didn't print out my certificate when I took the test. How do I get a copy? You can print your certificate at any time by logging on and going to My Profile. In your CEU Manager, click on the appropriate certificate and it will be displayed for you to print or just view. Our system automatically archives certificates of completion at midnight on the recertification date found in your profile. To view archived certificates, follow previous steps and look for the red link on that page to view prior (archived) certificates.

I forgot my user name and password. How do I get this information? If you have forgotten your user name, please click on the "lost password" link at the top of any page and enter the email address on file. Your login information will be sent to the e-mail address you have listed in your profile. If your email address has changed, please email us to have your email address reset.

If I am a Basic EMT, can I get credit for any lecture?
MedicEd.com offers lectures that are approved for all levels of licensure. There are a few lectures that are approved for the advanced levels only. You may, of course, take any lecture you want; but your EMS office may not recognize the more advanced courses for fulfillment of your CEUs.

If I pay by the credit, when do I get charged? Your credit card will be charged as soon as the transaction is authorized. Credits will be deducted from your account as soon as you click on a test, whether or not you complete or pass the exam. You may continue to re-take the same test, until you successfully pass without additional charges.

What does it mean by "1-year, unlimited access" One-year begins on the day you make the purchase and lasts for 365 days from the purchase date. Unlimited access allows you to complete any and all lectures approved for your level of certification.

What if I don't pass a test on my first try? You may re-take the test at no additional charge. We want you to learn the material. Just review the lecture and try again. The computer will generate new questions, so be sure to know the material.

Who accredits MedicEd.com?
All our lectures are fully approved by CAPCE. Many states have also individually granted state approval of our courses (although each state varies). Accurate approval information is posted on the first page of each lecture.
